Basic Life Support (BLS) – Recertification

Description: BLS is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare and social service professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve chocking, in a safe, timely and effective manner.

Target Audience: Designed for professionals in the prehospital emergency care as well as the hospital-based setting. Participants include EMTs, Fire fighters, police officers, paramedics, flight nurses, physicians, nurses, nursing students, nursing assistants, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, dentists, and dental hygienists.

This is a 3 hour course
